SUBSTITUTIONS

We strive to maintain one of the most diverse and interesting floral selections in Raleigh. We receive flowers daily from both local growers and vendors and floral friends all over the world. That being said, we are still working with a perishable product prone to Mother Nature's moods. This means that sometimes we have to make substitutions. When we do, we focus first on color and intent in the design selecting the closest possible substitution in both size, quality and value. If we feel that we cannot offer an appropriate substitution, we will contact you to discuss options. When we make substitutions of any kind, we always add a little something extra to make up for the change, regardless of how subtle this change may be. 

DELIVERY

Our team delivers daily throughout Raleigh and the Triangle from 9am until 5pm, Monday through Friday and 9am until 2pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. 

We are happy to assist with special delivery needs outside of those hours of operation if provided advance notice and for a small additional delivery fee. Special requests can be routed to delivery@englishgardenraleigh.com.

When delivering, our team prioritizes placing your floral gift directly in the hands of the recipient. If we are unable to do so, our first step is to arrange a safe place for the flowers to be left until the recipient is available. If weather or other factors, prevent this we will arrange for a delivery at an alternate time.
